- All our tours are subject to weather conditions. Compass reserves the right to cancel at short notice if the weather is unsuitable for the tour.

- All our tours are subject to State of Kuwait regulations in term of health,security and political situations. due to that Compass reserves the right to cancel at short notice

- In the event of cancellation due to bad weather conditions, you will be refunded in full or you can accept a reschedule for the trip for another day.

- We will request a compensation from you in case of damaging any of our equipment or any part of our boats due to a bad use or lack of responsibility.

- Protecting the wildlife and the environment is your responsibility , always keep and left your place clean and harmless to humans and animals.

- Paid trips are non-refundable and you cannot reschedule them in the event of no-show , or requesting a cancellation of the trip less than 48 hours prior the start of the trip.

- في حالة الإلغاء من قبلنا لأي سبب كان او بسبب الأحوال الجوية ، سيتم اعادة و استرداد المبلغ بالكامل أو يمكنك قبول إعادة جدولة الرحلة ليوم آخر.

- سنطلب منك تعويضًا في حالة إتلاف أي من معداتنا أو أي جزء من قواربنا أو مرافقنا بسبب سوء استخدام أو انعدام المسؤولية.

- حماية الحياة الفطريه و الحيوانية مسؤوليتك، ساهم بترك موقعك نظيف و آمن و غير مؤذي للحيوانات و البشر.

- لا يمكنك استرداد قيمة الرحلات المدفوعة او اعاده جدولتها في حالة عدم الحضور للرحله او طلبك لإلغاء الرحله بأقل من 48 ساعه من بدايه الرحله.
