* The trips depend on weather and other factors beyond our control that may affect on the arrangements of the daily trips accordingly, but definitely we will try to do them all.
* CHOSEN HOTELS DEPENDS ON ROOMS AVAILABILITY, AND ALTERNATIVE SIMILAR OPTION WILL BE TAKEN.
* The task of the guide with you on this trip is only to implement the itinerary, transportation and activities, nothing else.
* Cancellation policy applied.
* All prices are ‘from’ prices and per person based on twin occupancy. If you‘re travelling on your own, we‘ll pair you up with a roommate of the same gender so that you can pay the same rate as other travelers. Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include international airfare unless we mentioned it. If the other roommate unavailable in your trip, you will be upgraded to a single room and extra fees will be applied to you.
* In any group trip, the company will provide only one airport group transportation as per the itinerary starting and ending time. individuals' transportation will be considered as extra fees.
* By Purchasing any of our trips you agree and confirm our terms and conditions. check them here.
* If you don't comply to the rules, terms and conditions, you will be dismissed directly from the trip at any time without any compensation or refund.

Cancellation policy:
You can cancel your adventure. Full refunds cannot be guaranteed, and fees may apply as per the Terms & Conditions.
- If you cancel your trip before 30 day of the departure date: Cancelation fees of 5% of the total trip cost will be deducted and refund the rest either as credits for future trips or by cash.
- If you cancel your trip before 15 days of the departure date: 50% of of the total trip cost will be deducted and refunded the rest as credits for future trips.
- If you cancel your trip in less than 15 days of the departure date: No refund
- Death of one of one of your first-grade family members: 10% of the total trip cost will be deducted and refund the rest as credits for future trips.
- Cancellation In case of severe illness or accidents: 5% cancellation fees, however We will refund you less the expenses.
- Cancellation from our side for any reason: full refund to your bank account or by cash.
- Cancellations must be done by writing to us officially by email , or whatsapp.
* This is because of pre-booking services of your trip such as (accommodation, special activities fees, rental equipment ..etc.) that we cant control in getting your money back to you.
* Same rules will be applied on the deposited money (for seat reservation). deposit money is always 25% out of the total fees of any trip.
* In case of bad weather or war or any kind of treating situation we will reschedule your trip or we will give you an alternative option for your trip ( no refund unless the Company Owners & management take another decision ).
